Shipping & returns

Shipping Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items may require additional processing time. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be separated, and non-personalized items will be delivered first.


Shipping Charges:

We provide free shipping on all orders over Rs. 599. Please be aware that free shipping is not applicable to international orders and returns.


Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. 


Return Policy:

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items. Please note that to submit a return request for defective or damaged item, you need to provide an unboxing video.

Upon receiving the returned product in our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.


Replacement & Exchange:

You can opt for replacement or exchange according to your needs, following the same conditions as returns. The replacement will be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.


Return Process:

Initiate a return request on our website or contact our Customer Support team for guidance. Please be available for the reverse pick-up, and ensure you answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancelation, requiring the process to be re-initiated.


Additional Considerations:

For rare cases where pin codes are only forward serviceable, not reverse serviceable, we may request an alternate courier service, reimbursing reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70).

If charges exceed Rs. 70, the excess amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Non-serviceable pin codes require the customer to return the jewelry to our warehouse, receiving Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with the refund.


Reporting Issues:

If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours. We may request a 360-degree unpacking video for further assistance, and insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may impact the claim’s validity.
